The CBS International Business School (CBS) emerged from the individual brand's Cologne Business School (CBS) and European Management School (EMS) in 2020. CBS offers 1,900 students the opportunity to study English-language business management study courses with the academic degrees Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science, Master of Arts, Master of Science and MBA. The improvement of CBS International Business School is connected to the European Business and Language Academy which was founded in 1908 at the current location of Cologne Campus. The campus was named an international campus in 1993/1994 due to the providence of Degrees in Germany alongside with University of Bochum. The business programmes were the first to be accredited by the FIBAA in Germany. The university was later renamed Cologne Business School- International School which specialized in practice-oriented management study programmes in international standards. The school offers onsite programmes in English or Germany which can be studied full-time, extra-occupationally or part-time.
